Privacy

Your account details (name, email), the transcripts and notes you create, and the folders you organize them in. That's the product. We also keep basic usage metering — minutes transcribed, notes generated — to enforce plan limits.

Captured tab audio is processed in short chunks. Each chunk is deleted from storage the moment it has been transcribed — deletion is a built-in step of the pipeline, not a setting you have to find. We cannot play your audio back, and neither can anyone else.

Transcription and note generation run on API configurations that are contractually excluded from model training. Your transcripts and notes are never used to train any model — ours or a provider's.

Notes live in your workspace and are visible only to you. There are no public sharing surfaces. If you connect Notion, notes are pushed only when you ask.

Delete a note and it's gone, along with its transcript. Delete your account and everything goes with it. Questions: hello@notealong.app.
